Ross Bridge welcomes 600th homeowner

Agents at Hoover’s Ross Bridge said the 600th resident recently settled in the development, despite the current state of the local and national residential real estate market.
The development hit a milestone this June when its 500th homeowner moved in and the community said it only took six months to reach 600, said a news release.
That works out to 200 closings per year since opening in November 2005, one closing every other day and 16 homes settled each month, said the release.
Ross Bridge was developed by USS Real Estate and Daniel Corp.
