Urish Popeck picks up four accountants in merger

Accounting firm Urish Popeck & Co. LLC has merged with Marshall & Associates CPA.
Downtown-based Urish, which has 92 professional employees, will pick up four accountants as well as new clients, according to marketing director Tom Current.
State College-based Marshall has taken the Urish Popeck name and has moved into Urish's State College office.
'We will have a new name, a new look and a new location, but our clients will continue to receive the same personalized service with the same staff to which they are accustomed," said Timothy Marshall, founder of Marshall & Associates. "By merging with Urish Popeck, we have improved our capability to assist our clients with all of their accounting, audit and tax needs."
