Pittsburgh Business Times

The Regional Industrial Development Corp. has received a $1.64 million loan from the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority to help in the $4.1 million development of the City Center of Duquesne business park.

The project includes construction of a 20,000-square-foot building at the site of the former U.S. Steel Duquesne Works. When the project is complete, as many as 25 jobs could be added as tenants move into the building, a spokesman for the Department of Community & Economic Development said.
