St. Anthony's names new CFO, pharmacy manager

St. Anthony's Medical Center named a new chief financial officer and pharmacy manager Thursday.
The hospital appointed John Skeans vice president of finance and CFO.
Skeans most recently served as senior vice president of finance and operations at the Wellmont Health System in Kingsport, Tenn. Before that, he was CFO with Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Wisconsin.
Skeans and his wife, Tamera, and their two daughters live in south county.
The hospital also said Thursday that it appointed Rick Sumpter pharmacy manager of operations.
Sumpter most recently worked as director of pharmacy services at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, Mo. Prior to that, he worked at St. John's Mercy Medical Center and at St. Louis University Hospital.
Sumpter and his wife, Laurie, and their two children live in Lake St. Louis.
St. Anthony's is the third-largest medical center in the St. Louis area and also serves families in Jefferson County and St. Clair and Monroe counties in Illinois. St. Anthony's also operates three urgent care facilities in Arnold, Fenton and Lemay.
