St. Charles launches county health assessment

Healthy Communities St. Charles County is conducting a countywide health needs assessment for the St. Charles County region.
This assessment will provide a snapshot of the community's overall health and will assist in targeting outreach and wellness programs to meet the area's health needs.
St. Charles County residents, 18 years or older, can help provide feedback on community health issues by taking an online survey here.
Each participating household will receive a free, two-week family membership to any of the three YMCAs in St. Charles County
