Leading the list at No. 1 is Anytime Fitness Inc., a fitness chain with a growth rate of 348 percent and revenue of $13 million.
The average growth rate of all 50 companies is 122.7 percent, and the average growth rate of the top 10 companies is 227.6 percent.
